Delete My Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Persisto.fit account and all the training data attached to it at any time - directly inside the app, with no waiting.

Delete it yourself, right now

Open the app, tap Exercises at the top, then scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed. Once you confirm, your account and every piece of data attached to it are deleted immediately - there's no processing delay.

No access to the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email thys@mjbstrategic.com from the email address associated with your Persisto.fit account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We use this to confirm the request actually comes from you. We complete these requests within 14 days and confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and login details.
• Every session, exercise, routine, weight log and goal you have recorded.
• Any other personal data we hold about you, other than what we are legally required to keep briefly for tax, billing or fraud-prevention purposes.

This cannot be undone. We recommend making sure you no longer need the data before you delete your account.

What if I only cancelled my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription through the app store stops future billing, but does not delete your account or data. If you also want your data deleted, use the in-app option above, or email us.
